Serbia & Montenegro, 25 September 2004 Summary of report from Belgrade Member of the Kosovo-Metohija parliament Presidency Oliver Ivanovic confirmed on Saturday that the talks between representatives of Belgrade and Pristina would open in Vienna on Monday. He pointed out that the two-day talks would focus on "how much and which parts of the Serbian government's plan might be included in the plan of Kosovo-Metohija interim institutions and the United Nations civil mission." The meeting focused on the Kosovo issue and the situation of Serbs who lived there.
